Capsule Filling Machine

1. A washing station is arranged next to the capsule filling machine, and there are pass box and transfer basket between them. Above the operation area of these two equipment is a high containment chamber, sharing the same negative pressure system.
2. The washing station is equipped with automatic empty capsule loader and can safely transfer them to the working funnel of capsule filling machine in high containment environment.
3. The powder and pellets enter the chamber of capsule filling machine through the bin of pharma lifter, and controlled by αβ valve (Split butterfly valve).
4. The outlet of filled capsules is connected to peripheral equipment such as a high containment capsule polisher and a metal detector, which can be embedded or externally connected.
5. The high containment chamber is equipped with tools box, including various disassembly tools and cleaning tools for the cleaning of molds and functional parts which are disassembled and transferred after production, as well as the cleaning of operation station.
6. The function of waste sorting function can separately collect waste powder and capsules.
7. The rotation of turntable is controlled by pneumatic wrench, electric wrench or foot switch button, which can quick disassemble molds and parts.
8. Equipped with special tight isolation gloves. The glove ring is designed close to operation area for easy to operate.
