The labeled bottles enter the conveyor belt, are sorted by the bottle sorting wheel, and are arranged at a certain distance before being transported forward by the conveyor belt. When reaching the measuring electric eye, the measuring electric eye senses the bottle and sends a label output signal to the label feeder. The bottle passes through the label output plate and is labeled. At the same time, the bottle roll rotates the bottle to roll the label onto the circumference of the bottle, and the bottom paper is rewound. When the measuring electric eye detects the end of the label, it sends a stop label output signal to the label feeder, and the labeling is completed. After labeling, a printer or a coding machine can be selected to print three phases. Subsequently, a visual inspection system can be used to detect the label inspection and the presence or absence of the three phases. Unqualified products can be removed in time to ensure the quality of the final product.
