BGM Series Laboratory Coater

BGM series mini laboratory coating machine is mechanical and electrical integration equipment and complies with GMP requirements With advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, safe, clean and applied for organic film, water soluble film, slow release and control release film for tablets, pills and candies, etc.
It can realize the convenient replacement of multiple drums with different volumes, provide users with different sample quantities of process testing and amplification, and save the cost of process development to the maximum extent.

Design Concept

Industrial shape design: inspired by “diamond”, multi-faceted structure, strong sense of lines;
Integrated frame welding: good structure rigidity ;
The chamber adopts the whole welded structure, the door adopts the inflatable seal: the airtight performance is good, it meets the requirement of OEB4 and OEB5;
Automatic reverse discharging function: reverse discharging blade and discharging device, without manual installation of discharging device, high degree of automation;
The impeller adopts whale type welding structure: good tablet mobility
Super large display screen: visualization of operation interface and running curve
Configuration options: spray gun, peristaltic pump, filter ( primary and medium efficiency filters are newly added) can be optional imported brands.
