The labeled bottles enter the conveyor belt and are sorted by the bottle sorting wheel at a certain distance before being transported forward by the conveyor belt. When reaching the measuring material electric eye, the measuring material electric eye senses the bottle and immediately sends a signal to the label feeder for labeling. The bottle passes through the labeling plate and is labeled. At the same time, the bottle winding belt rotates the bottle to roll the label onto the circumference of the bottle, and the bottom paper is rewound. When the electric eye detects the end of the label, it sends a stop signal to the label feeder to complete the labeling process. After labeling, an optional printing machine or coding machine can be used to print three batches. In the future, a visual inspection system can be installed to detect label detection and the presence of Phase III inspection. Any non-conforming products can be promptly removed to ensure the quality of the final product.
