Technical Process

• Material enters into isolator through RTP valve
• Material weghted by electronic scale, etc
• Material discharged into High Shear Mixer to start granulation
• Wet granules vacuum conveyed to Fluid-bed Granulator after finishing wet milling
• Material discharged throuhg turnplate after drying, then go through dry cone mill
• Vacuum conveyed to buffer tank and charged to pharma bin through AB valve
• Pharma bin finish AB valve docking through automatic upgrading system and complete discharging
• Finished granules get out of isolator through AB valve
