QW Series WIP Pump Station

Working Principle

QW series WIP Pump Station is mainly used in the production process of solid dosage to clean the equipment such as Fluid-bed Dryer, High Shear Mixer and Coater. Meanwhile, it is also widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. The difference between WIP (Wash In Place) and CIP (Clean In Place) is that WIP is a cleaning process with manual participation in disassembly, which is widely used in the filter bag cleaning of fluid-bed, spray gun cleaning of coater and filter cleaning of high shear mixer.
