QY Series Movable Washer

Working Principle

QY series Movable Washer is mainly used in the production process of solid dosage for WIP cleaning of containers such as mixing bin, IBC bin, drum. Casters are set at the bottom of washer frame, which is easy for washer to move from one clean area to another. Meanwhile, it is also used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. The difference between WIP (Wash In Place) and CIP (Clean In Place) is that WIP is a cleaning process with manual participation in disassembly.

Operation procedure

Move the washer to the cleaning position in target room, step on the single brake caster so that it cannot move.
Connect the water/steam/compressed air/user reserved pipelines, then start the equipment.
Move the bin/drum to the cleaning position, open the charging/discharging butterfly valves, put the cleaning cover on the bin port.
Set the cleaning procedure and cleaning time according to process requirements, then start the machine to automatically clean the container.
