ZLT Series Lifting Mill

Working Principle

ZLT series mill machine is composed of a stationary lifting system, a vacuum conveying system and a mill system. When working, the particles in fluid-bed chamber is sucked into mill machine chamber by vacuum conveyor, and the particles are discharged into the hopper through the discharge port of draft tube after being impacted, squeezed and sheared by mill blade in mill machine chamber.

Features

The chassis of this machine is equipped with movable casters, making it easy to move. The height of the mill can be raised or lowered according to the production process, meeting user’s requirements of production processes and eectively avoiding dust and cross contamination. It can fully comply with the “GMP” requirements.
